The orders were sought because the accounts of the family members remain frozen below €50m each.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly in the Commercial Court also granted Irish Bank Resolution Corporation orders freezing the accounts of Ms Woods, who married Seán Quinn Jr earlier this year, and appointing receivers over her assets, apart from two rented properties and the home in Dublin she shares with her husband. Ms Woods consented to those orders.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly approved monthly living expenses for the children of Seán Quinn and their spouses: €2,995 for Brenda Quinn, an accounts assistant on an annual salary of £20,000 (€25,000); €8,184 for Ciara Quinn and Niall McPartland; €3,743 for Colette Quinn, a married mother-of-one working with a joinery firm in Maghera, Co Derry; €5,273 for Seán Quinn Jr, and €2,895 for his wife Ms Woods. The sum for Ms Woods includes sums to cover mortgages for properties in Clonsilla and Kimmage in Dublin.
The judge also approved a sum of €8,184 to cover living expenses for August for Aoife Quinn and her husband Stephen Kelly to meet one-off expenses, including the birth of their child and moving to York in England. Their expenses will fall to €5,375 monthly after that. Aoife Quinn and her husband are unemployed and have moved to England to seek work, Ms Quinn said in her affidavit.
The judge made orders requiring the Quinns to provide disclosure of assets and accounts held here and worldwide by Aug 13.
Mr Justice Kelly observed, while he had been told recently disclosed material indicated various members of the family received income and salaries totalling €2.8m over a period from Apr 2011 from assets in the Quinn IPG (international property group), there was still a sum of $32m (€26m) rental income from IPG assets not accounted for. The bank remained “in the dark” as to that sum.
