No miracle as Knock weather is worst of all

If you travel to Knock you might be in search of a miracle — just don’t expect any good weather.

Met Éireann has confirmed that the Mayo town has had the worst of the summer so far.

Analysis of the average rainfall, number of wet days, sunshine levels, and number of dull days has shown that Knock comes out on top of the bad summer league, ahead of Gurteen in Co Tipperary and Mullingar in Co Westmeath.
