Two teens questioned over fatal assault

Two teenagers were last night being questioned in relation to the death of a 22-year-old who was found dead in an abandoned building last Monday.

The men, in their late teens, were arrested yesterday morning by gardaí investigating the fatal assault on Martin Brophy, a father-of-one from Waterford.

His body was found by young people in a former college building at Newgate Street in the city on Monday at 5.30pm.
