Ó Cuív to decide on his future in Fianna Fáil

Fianna Fáil’s Éamon Ó Cuív has said he will decide in the next 24 hours about whether to leave the party his grandfather, Éamon de Valera, founded.

RTÉ News reported last night that Mr Ó Cuív said he had “a monumental decision” to make about his future in the party following a letter he received from the party this weekend.

Fianna Fáil sources confirmed last night that a letter had been sent to Mr Ó Cuív on his request, following discussions with the party whip at the weekend.
