Charity to raise funds for autistic children

Niamh Cadogan’s legacy has prompted the organisers of an annual charity event to follow her lead and fundraise for autistic children.

Proceeds from this year’s Sec’s in the City will go to providing iPods and iPads to autistic children attending Scoil Alainn, Boreenmanna Road, and Scoil Bernadette, Montenotte in Cork City.

It is hoped hundreds of secretaries will attend the event organised by Cork Lions Club which will be held in the Clarion Hotel on May 18.
