Battle against illegal dumping ‘is being lost’

The battle is being lost against illegal dumping on the periphery of Cork City and its suburbs.

Elected members of Cork County Council are demanding action to enforce bylaws more rigorously.

The call for action came after the county council divulged details of fines handed out for illegal dumping last year in its southern division.
