Taoiseach rules out publishing ministers’ report cards

Enda Kenny will not publish report cards on the performances of individual ministers in his Government.

Prior to entering office, the Taoiseach vowed to sack under-performing ministers.

He told The Late Late Show last May he was “starting the report cards already”.
