Two explosions rock Derry

THERE were two explosions in Derry last night.

Police said the blasts happened near a tourist office and a benefits office in Strand Road and Foyle Street in the centre of the city. No one was injured.

Police evacuated and cordoned off the area following telephone bomb warnings.
