HOUSING Minister Jan O’Sullivan last night pledged to give new focus to Limerick’s troubled regeneration plan.

Up to €116 million in taxpayers’ money has already been spent on the projects, but not a single house has been built in any of the designated blackspot estates of Moyross, Southill, Ballinacurra Weston and St Mary’s Park.

Ms O’Sullivan said: “There has been too much relocation of people and not enough regeneration of the four areas.”
