Lanterns to fly in memory of dead men

HUNDREDS of Chinese lanterns will be released at Bandon Bridge in West Cork tomorrow night during a ceremony in memory of a local father of one and a British father of four who died in the town last month.

The body of Jonathan Duke, 27, was recovered from the River Bandon on November 13.

Mr Duke’s family is expected to attend the ceremony, which will take place at 8.30pm tomorrow.
