Over 100 jobs set to be created in technology sector

MORE than 100 jobs are to be created in the technology sector following two separate announcements in Limerick and Dublin.

US company ON Semiconductor in Limerick is to create almost 70 jobs, while a further 30 jobs are being created at software development firm Misys.

ON Semiconductor plans to invest about €13 million to expand its design centre in Limerick.
