Man faces pub assault charge

GARDAÍ arrested a man yesterday and charged him with assault causing harm to another man at a pub in Cork City.

Garda Aidan Slattery arrested Jason Conway, aged 21, of 33 Ardcullen, Hollyhill, Cork and charged him with assaulting Michael Murphy at Hollyhill Inn, Harbour View Road, Hollyhill.

Judge Leo Malone adjourned the case to Tuesday on Inspector Michael McGuire’s application.
