Lawyers claim ‘breathtaking’ level of misbehaviour during murder probe

IAN BAILEY’s legal team have produced material which, they say, proves their client received “corrupt” treatment at the hands of gardaí during the investigation into the murder of Frenchwoman Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

At the Supreme Court yesterday his lawyers disclosed documents which, they suggest, show “breathtaking” levels of Garda misbehaviour during the murder probe.
