Driving death case adjourned for evidence

A MAN has appeared before a district court in Killarney on a charge of dangerous driving causing the death of a woman.

The matter is to go before the Circuit Criminal Court for trial.

John Martin Murphy, aged 33, of Ivy Rock, Glencar, Co Kerry, is charged with dangerous driving, causing the death of Mary O’Donoghue, 60, at Maulagh, on February 28.
