Queen still put through her paces
Over the course of the first two days of her state visit, the British monarch got through a lot. Between the commemorative events, and Trinity and Croke Park, and a knees up at the Castle, it was all go.
Day Three left some room for downtime. The morning was taken up with a quick trip down to the National Stud in Kildare. This was more pleasure than business for the Queen, as she is a big fan of the sport of kings.
