A ROW has broken out among local politicians in Tipperary over the forthcoming visit of Queen Elizabeth II.

Nenagh’s Sinn Féin mayor Seamus Morris has been accused by a local Fine Gael councillor Conor Delaney of “living in the dark ages” for criticising members of Cashel Town Council for issuing an invitation to her.

The Queen is due to visit the Rock of Cashel and Coolmore Stud in Fethard later this month.
