Garda questioned over sex claims

DETECTIVES have questioned a garda in relation to allegations of sexual misconduct with a teenage boy.

He was questioned at a station in Co Cork for a number of hours before being released without charge.

The garda is not serving in Co Cork, but is stationed in another county in Munster.
