Chamber seminar series to dispense business advice

WATERFORD Chamber has launched a new “free to members” seminar series dealing with six key issues facing business today.

The “6 @ Six” seminars are aimed at providing business support to member companies through six free one-hour sessions all commencing at 6pm for six weeks at Waterford Chamber.

The seminar series is also open to non-member companies for a fee of €5 per seminar.

First in the series will take place tomorrow on the subject of Dealing with The Banks in These Troubled Times.

The second free seminar of the series will take place on Wednesday week, April 27, on the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution which is about resolving disputes and removing the expense of going to court.

The third in the series the following Wednesday has the theme, It’s all about Customers; the fourth is on Business Cost Management and the fifth is on Selling Skills.

The final seminar in the 6 @ Six series is on Wednesday, June 1 and will focus on Waterford City Rating Revaluation 2011.
