Callely fined €60 for holding mobile phone while driving

Mr Callely, who has been at the centre of a controversy surrounding his expenses, appeared at Dublin District Court yesterday where he denied holding a mobile phone while driving his Jaguar car, at Ballybough Road, in Dublin city centre on October 11 last.
