Theatre personality wins Person of the Year accolade

ONE of Waterford’s best-loved theatrical personalities, comedian, scriptwriter, singer and composer Denny Corcoran was yesterday named as the Waterford Person of the Year for 2010.

He was rewarded for his efforts with a well-earned holiday in the sun.

Mr Corcoran was recognised for his valuable contribution and dedication to theatre and the arts in Waterford City for over 40 years.
