Labour’s free GP plan to include high earners

FREE GP care for everyone including high earners and compulsory health insurance are being promised by the Labour Party if elected to government.

Every citizen will have to buy into a “major public health insurer,” or one of the private insurers already in the market, in plans for a universal health insurance scheme.

The cost to individuals is not laid out in the 90-page Labour Plan for Fair Health Care published yesterday.
