CUH tops list with 38 on trolleys

CORK University Hospital had the highest number of patients on trolleys yesterday with a figure of 38, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

The next highest was in Adelaide and Meath Hospital in Tallaght with 30 patients on trolleys.

University Hospital Galway registered 26 patients on trolleys, followed by Cavan General Hospital Country with 24 patients. There was 19 on trolleys in Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar and in St Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin.
