Push to update list of voters

EFFORTS are under way at the Department of Environment to update the register of electors ahead of the March 11 general election.

But with just weeks to go before the country goes to the polls, it remains unclear how many voters may still need to sign up to cast their ballot.

The latest register of voters will be published on Tuesday week and will give an idea of the numbers nationwide who have registered to vote.
