Business as usual at Cork eatery

THE owner of the Cafe Bar Deli group has assured customers that his Cork branch is staying open and it is business as usual for his restaurant.

Businessman Jay Bourke yesterday insisted the Cork branch of the popular chain would remain open.

Mr Bourke said an examiner had been appointed to the company overseeing the Cork premises before Christmas on the basis of debts incurred from the closure of its branch in Ranelagh, south Dublin.
