Woman killed in black ice crash

A WOMAN died yesterday morning when her car skidded on black ice and hit a tree in Co Limerick.

She has been named locally as Katherine McNabb, known as Kate, from Hospital.

Aged 41, she was a member of a well-known local family. Her parents are Pat and Marie O’Connell.
