Dublin Airport flight delays

THERE will be delays in flight operations at Dublin Airport today after yesterday’s closure of the main runway because of heavy snowfalls.

Dublin Airport Authority communications manager Siobhán Moore said the decision to suspend flight operations yesterday afternoon was taken for safety reasons.

At one stage yesterday, snow was falling quicker than it could be cleared.
