Enda and Richard’s ‘civil’ partnership

OH, what a very civil partnership it was as Enda and Richard decided their future really was entwined together after all.

Richard’s last-minute doubts, which saw him try to end the relationship in no uncertain terms by running off with half the shadow cabinet behind Enda’s back, were now just a thing of the past as the happy couple strolled into the brilliant July sunshine as if nothing had happened.

But, of course, Enda felt betrayed by what Richard had done and was only willing to have him back for the sake of appearances – and as long as it was on his terms.
