Bruton camp claims they have votes

RICHARD BRUTON’S supporters confidently predicted last night that they were inching closer to the 36 votes required in tomorrow’s crucial vote.

Sources in the Bruton camp said they had at least 32 votes – and that this was a “cautious” estimate.

They insisted that a number of people who previously voiced support for Enda Kenny were preparing to switch sides.
