Young drivers can save €2k on insurance, shows survey

YOUNG drivers can save as much as €2,000 by shopping around for their car insurance, a survey reveals.

And motorists who choose to pay monthly face charges of almost 20% in interest rates, according to the study conducted by the National Consumer Agency.

The NCA’s latest motor insurance cost comparison, published yesterday, shows that young drivers can make savings of more than €2,200 when insuring their cars.
