UP to 2,000 mental health service users and their families are to be asked to rate the services they use in the community.

Up to 2,000 users asked to rate quality of mental health services

A questionnaire has been sent out to the members of the National Service Users Executive, asking them to gauge the rate of progress, if any, in mental heath services in recent years, and what they want to see implemented in future.

It is the second time the NSUE has asked for members’ opinions and comes as the Government and HSE plan to crank up the See Change campaign, which aims to de-stigmatise mental health issues.
