But the failure of the decentralisation programme is highlighted by a bus that leaves Dublin every day to bring workers, who had been due to relocate, to their new offices in Trim.

Because of the lack of staff interest in moving out of Dublin, the Office of Public Works (OPW) has confirmed it buses workers from the capital to its €37.5 million offices in Co Meath.
