Ryan part of ‘Holy Trinity’

PAT KENNY paid tribute to the late Gerry Ryan when he described him, Gay Byrne and Terry Wogan as “the Holy Trinity” of Irish broadcasting talent.

Pat Kenny sat alongside Gaybo and other friends of the 53-year-old who died suddenly, as they paid tribute to his life on the Late Late Show.

Mr Kenny recalled a long friendship which included having to give up his bed in Greece so Gerry Ryan and his former wife, Morah, could share it on the first night of their honeymoon.
