Mum branded ‘abuser’ flees Britain

A BRITISH mother branded an abuser for telling her daughter she was born by caesarean section is in Dublin and afraid to return in case her child is taken into care.

Shahnaz Malik fled from Britain after her daughter was placed on the child protection register as a suspected abuse victim.

The family was due to attend a Child Protection Conference in February, but when they failed to turn up, their apartment was raided by police over concern for the child’s welfare.
