West Cork’s little elephant packs trunk for London

A BABY elephant designed by an Irish schoolgirl is packing his bags for London to help save an endangered species – and promote west Cork in the process.

The winning artwork, which was inspired by Irish myths and legends, was executed in Clonakilty by renowned Irish artist Bill Griffin, who paints entirely with his fingers.
