‘Best built cars in the world’ tested in case they topple

“THE best built cars in the world” are facing yet more negative publicity after it emerged Toyota is having to conduct tests on all its 4x4 models to ensure they don’t topple over.

Toyota is running the tests on the Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado and Rav4s over fears they might roll over at speed.

In spite of the tests the Japanese car maker will not be suspending sales of the relevant vehicles.
