Banking on a sandwich spread

ANGLO Irish Bank is seeking a supplier for another iconic symbol of the Celtic Tiger boom years beloved by builders – the breakfast roll.

The bank is looking for a catering company to provide gourmet sandwich spreads for important board meetings, with pastries, fruit platters, croissants and orange juice also on the menu.

The finance house, which claims in its tender notice to pride itself on offering customers a “bespoke, efficient and very personalised service”, stressed flexibility in fillings was paramount.
