A JUBILANT Green Party proved a little over eager to parade its victories in the revised version of the NAMA bill.

It quickly released a statement on Wednesday pointing to its successes but yesterday the record had to be corrected in a few important areas.

Firstly was the suggestion all banking directors in situ from before 2008 would have to step down. Yesterday Finance Minister Brian Lenihan said this was not the case and it would apply to certain people.
