FINE GAEL has unveiled an €11bn economic stimulus plan it claims would create 100,000 jobs over the next four years.

Party leader Enda Kenny said while the plan was “not a panacea” for all the country’s ills, it would help reduce unemployment and restore confidence.

The 25-page blueprint, entitled Rebuilding Ireland, envisages the creation of a new state development agency to fast-track large projects in the green energy, telecoms and broadband sectors.
