A MAN was charged yesterday with assaulting a bus driver and taking a bus in an incident over the weekend.

Mark Dwyer, aged 32, Dolphin House flats in Dublin’s south inner city, appeared in the Bridewell District Court to face two charges.

The court heard that Dwyer was charged with assault causing harm and the unauthorised taking of a vehicle.
