Dispute resolved
Lawyers for Thomas Crosbie Printers and Webprint Concepts of Mahon Retail Park notified Mr Justice John MacMenamin that the dispute over the interpretation of a 15-year printing agreement between the parties had been settled.
No order for costs was made and all previous cost orders in the case were vacated.
It is understood that aspects of the agreement were renegotiated by both sides.
