New UL graduates earn €28k on average

NEWLY qualified graduates from the University of Limerick (UL) on average start out on a salary of around €28,000 and 20% of them enter the workplace on more than €33,000, a survey by the university shows.

The survey has also shown that demand for UL graduates by employers is at its highest since 1995.

Details of the survey were given by UL president, Professor Don Barry yesterday when he spoke at a graduation ceremony.
