Carol dazzles in own creation

TRALEE lady Carol Kennelly blew away the storm clouds over Galway when her dazzling outfit scooped the crown every woman covets, Best Dressed Lady.

Ms Kennelly impressed the judges with her self-made and designed headpiece, which took 20 hours to make.

While the extravagant feathered design wowed the judges, her modestly priced purple dress from French Connection also won the seal of approval.
