Blame game over unseen documents

ENVIRONMENT Minister John Gormley was at odds with Cork County Council yesterday over the refusal to make available information on the toxic contamination of the Haulbowline site.

Blame game over unseen documents

Mr Gormley said it was Cork County Council who turned down information requests from an environmental body.

The minister said the request from Friends of the Irish Environment (FIE) for 20 documents had gone to Cork County Council and been dealt with by the local authority.
