Keane caps winning season with wedding bliss

ROBBIE KEANE may not be leading Ireland out at the European Championships today, but he will cap his season by getting married to fiancée, Claudine Palmer.

The captain of the national football team will tie the knot with his long-time partner this weekend in Killiney before heading to the reception at the exclusive Ritz Carlton Hotel in Wicklow.

Keane, from Tallaght, is Ireland’s record goalscorer and also enjoyed a successful season at his club Tottenham Hotspur, lifting the Carling Cup.
