Supplies for Chad mission to dock
A ship carrying over 3,700 tonnes in vehicles, food and machinery will dock in Douala, Cameroon, after a two-week sea journey.
A claim by Chad’s government this week that thousands of rebels were massed in Sudan and set to attack neighbouring Chad in an attempt to destabilise it, was dismissed by the Irish troops heading up the EU peace mission yesterday.
