Fake driving licences just €20

YOUNG people in Kerry can purchase fake driving licences for as little as €20, gardaí have revealed.

Publicans and off-licences were urged to be on the lookout for the false documents which could be used to buy alcohol.

A garda spokesman said a “cottage industry” was being built up in the production of false licences on computers. False tax and insurance discs and can also be produced though the same system.
