Investigations launched as airport evacuated and plane damaged

CORK AIRPORT was evacuated yesterday during a day of drama.

Two separate investigations were under way last night after an aircraft was damaged by the airport’s only passenger air bridge.

And just hours later, thousands of passengers were ordered out of the terminal after an alarm was set off.
