Bookies pay out as Obama hits poll position

ONE of the country’s largest bookmakers has decided that the Democratic nominee for the US presidential election is a bygone conclusion, as in — “bye Hillary, you’re gone!”

Barack Obama has already cost bookmaker Paddy Power €50,000 in a pre-New Hampshire primary payday.

But like the tough old stone that gives the Granite State of New Hampshire its colloquial name, Billary Clinton, to use another colloquialism, won’t be going anywhere without a rock-breaking fight.
