Adare Manor property hits market at €2.8m

IT MIGHT be quiet times in the property market, but the Limerick auctioning scene was agog last night after a house in the most exclusive development ever undertaken in the mid-west went on the market.

The house, located inside the walls of Adare Manor has an asking price of €2.8 million.

Auctioneer Des O’Malley, of Sherry FitzGerald O’Malley, said as it is a new property the changes in stamp duty brought in by Finance Minister Brian Cowen will not make any significant difference to the purchaser.
