SPECIAL reserved seating is provided for victims’ families in murder and manslaughter cases among a series of user-friendly initiatives, the Courts Service announced yesterday.

The objective of the new measures was to make the experience easier, especially for people attending court for serious, violent or sensitive cases

Over the past year, the service has introduced a number of changes in courtrooms throughout the country including the provision of special family and witness rooms.
